1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only considered for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to report the issue.

2. Required Documentation

To process a return request, the following is required:

• A clear photo of the damage or defect must be submitted via email to brookeyhoarau@aol.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Resolution Process

Once we review and approve your request:

• A replacement will be sent out for the same item, if available.

• If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued, which can be used on any other item on the website.

• If neither a replacement nor store credit is an option, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect sizing or color choice

• Orders reported beyond the 15-day window

• Items damaged due to misuse or wear
